lee99 Terms & Conditions — User Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the lee99 website, mobile platform, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform in any way — including registering an account, browsing game content, placing a bet, making a deposit or withdrawal, or claiming a promotional offer — you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse will be closed and all associated balances forfeited, including any genuine funds deposited alongside promotional funds.

lee99 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure environment for all users. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including structuring deposits and withdrawals to evade detection thresholds.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, game glitches, or technical malfunctions for financial gain. Gains made through exploitation are not considered legitimate winnings and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage — including, but not limited to, chip dumping in poker-style games or coordinated play in live dealer games.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person, or using another person's payment method without their explicit consent and without that method being registered to your verified identity.
• Any conduct that lee99, in its sole reasonable discretion, determines to be fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise contrary to the spirit of fair play on the Platform.

lee99 employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. When a potential violation is identified, the affected account may be suspended pending investigation. During any investigation period, withdrawals from the account may be placed on hold. lee99's determination following an investigation is final with respect to platform access and balance disposition, subject to any formal dispute process described in the Liability & Disputes section of these Terms.

All content on the lee99 platform — including but not limited to the lee99 brand name and logo, website design and layout, text, graphics, software code, game interfaces supplied by lee99 (excluding third-party game software), and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of lee99 or its licensed partners and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, republish, scrape, upload, post, transmit, or modify any part of the Platform's content without prior written permission from lee99. Any unauthorised use of lee99's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose the infringing party to legal liability. Game software and content provided by third-party game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) remains the intellectual property of their respective owners and is subject to those owners' licensing terms.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of fairness and good faith. lee99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, if lee99 reasonably determines that: (a) the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the account is being used in a manner that poses a risk of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; (c) the account holder has provided false or misleading information at any stage; (d) a chargeback or payment reversal has been initiated against a deposit made to the account; or (e) the account holder is found to be under the minimum age of 21.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in full, including genuine deposited funds where those funds are commingled with funds derived from prohibited conduct. Where an account is closed at the user's own request — and no breach of Terms is identified — the remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to the user's registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe. lee99 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the lee99 Platform after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described above.
